Finding Business Leads with Google Search
So by the time we get to step six you’re going to fully understand what goes into the side hustle but as I said for step number one you’re going to go over to Google and what you’re going to do is copy and paste this prompt over here now it might look a little bit confusing and I’m going to explain exactly what it is in a moment but what I’m going to do is just copy it and then I’m going to go over to Google and just paste it in there just like that so you can pause the screen just so that you can see exactly what it says so what I’m asking Google to do is scan the facebook.com site and show me all of the mechanics that have @gmail Outlook Hotmail and Yahoo on their Facebook profile so you’re going to be able to tailor this depending on what type of business you’re searching for but essentially this side hustle is about using chat GPT and Google to find leads for us to essentially promote the service of building a website for them and you don’t need to build the website yourself because there’s a way that you’re going to be able to use AI but stick with me from start to finish for this entire article so that you don’t miss anything but I’m just going to leave it like this and I’m going to be using mechanic as an example again you can change it to whatever type of business that you want.
Collecting Business Information from Google Results
So what I’m going to do is just click on Google Search and as you can see it’s now come back with all of these different businesses on all of these different Facebook profiles which actually now brings me on to the second step for this entire process which is to paste all of the pages in terms of page one on Google 2 3 4 so on and so forth into a blank document so whether you want to use a Word document whether you want to use the notes on your MacBook whether you want to use a Google doc it doesn’t really matter you’re just going to copy as many pages for all of the different results that you can into a document so I’m going to be using a Google doc but I need to go back over to Google and the way that I’m going to copy the information is going to like this so I’m just going to copy page one just like this paste it in there just like that come back over to Google come to page two and I’m going to do the exact same thing I’m going to copy all of the information just like that paste it in there just like this and just for the record it’s not going to look pretty when you’re pasting it into whatever document it’s going to look scattered it’s going to look messy it’s going to look all over the place but that’s the reason why we’re going to use chat GPT in the moment.
Organizing Data with ChatGPT
So you’re going to see exactly how I’m going to clear this up and how I’m going to be able to pull all of the necessary information that I need from this big mess but for now I’m just going to go over to this next page copy all of the information like this and for the purpose of today’s article I’m just going to use this information over here which now brings me over to the next step which is that you want to use chat GPT to clean all of the data and for this one you’re going to have to copy this information over here go over to chat GPT it’s completely free for you to sign up and what you’re going to do is just paste this prompt in there just like that again you can pause it just so that you can see exactly what it says but all I’m doing is asking chat GPT to separate the data into three different columns company name email and the country for the business I’m going to add a space underneath it just like that then I’m going to come back over to my Google doc and I’m just going to copy all of the information on my MacBook I’m going to type in command A from there I’m going to do command C and then literally all I got to do from here is just paste the information by clicking on command V into chat GPT and then clicking on submit and as you guys can see chat GPT has now come back with all of the data being organized in this easy to understand columns company name email country and instantly just like that I’ve now got potential leads for me to contact when it comes to businesses that may or may not have a website and running.
Getting a Professional Email Domain
But once you’ve got into this step over here and you’ve now got a list of potential email addresses that you’ve double checked to make sure that they definitely don’t have a website up and running is that you need to first and foremost buy a custom email domain now the reason why this is is because of the following step that I’m going to mention now you don’t necessarily need a custom email domain if you want to you can use @gmail.com outlook.com if you wanted to but the reason why I say that you should buy a custom professional domain is because it’s going to increase your chances when it comes to you reaching out to all of these different businesses and offering them the service to build a website I can definitely say that at least 90% of businesses out there that receive cold emails in their inbox from @gmail Outlook most likely don’t respond to them
I don’t I always take the ones that have a professional email domain a lot more serious and it’s not even expensive to get one as well you’re going to be able to spend no more than $15 when it comes to buying one and the way that I buy all of my email domains is by going over to GoDaddy for example if I wanted to buy a domain for the purpose of building websites for local businesses I may want to call my business website Builders Pro you know something like that click on search and see if it’s available and as you guys can see it is available for .co.uk as well as .com so you should definitely consider buying a custom email domain for you to increase your chances of being successful and you’re also going to need it when it comes to step five over here which is that you need to sign up to an email automation software.
Crafting the Email with ChatGPT
So since we’re on step number five now which is that you need to sign up to an email automation software you would have already done that when it comes to constructing the email you’re going to head back over to chat GPT and what you’re going to do is copy and paste or pause the screen again and paste this information into chat GPT so you can stay in this session over here I’m just going to paste this prompt I’m just asking chat GPT to produce an email that I’m going to send out to all of these different businesses so I’m just going to click on send and just like that I’ve got the subject that I’m going to be able to use and I’ve also got the email that I’m going to be able to copy as well so if I did want to use the subject I might want to change it but for the purpose of today’s video I’m just going to copy it just like this head back over to Smart lead and for the subject I’m going to paste it in here go back over to chat GPT I’m going to copy this information and just for the record I’m only using this as an example I would definitely read through it I might even add a little bit more information but I’m just trying to give you guys the broad overview of how this side hustle works so you’re going to be able to paste it in there just like that and where chat GPT put company name you want to make sure that you come over here to where it says insert variables and insert company name you also want to add things for example regards whatever your name is in my case is Sam and that’s basically it.
Customizing the Email Campaign
So this is an example again I’m not going to go into too much details you might want to add hello and then put company name or maybe hello there reader whatever you want to put it’s really up to you but the main thing that I’m trying to show you now is how you’re going to be able to bulk send emails to all of the different leads that you got from chat GPT there is a couple more steps that goes into setting this up but I don’t want to bore you with all of the details but if you wanted me to make a more detailed article showing you the email automation side of things and everything that goes into it when it comes to completing this then put in the comments down below do the email automation article and I’ll get on to it ASAP but moving on to the sixth step which is you of course need to know how to create the website using AI once you start getting responses back so there’s a number of different AI website tools out there that you’re going to be able to use when it comes to building a website in a matter of minutes so you don’t need any Tech skills you don’t need anything like that the one that I would personally recommend for anyone out there that’s watching this video to use is hostinger I’m going to link them down below and I’m also going to link a coupon code as well so that when it comes time for you to build websites for these local businesses you’re going to be able to make a lot more profit and keep more money in your pocket and just generally when it comes to using the AI Builder it’s really really easy because once you’ve created your hostinger account by using that discounted Link in my description down below all you’re going to need to do is click on start creating and then this just going to be a case of just filling out this information over here.
Building Websites with AI
So let’s say if I wanted to build a website for this business over here that I found let’s assume that they got back to me they want me to build their website the name of their company is this so I’m just going to copy it and paste it in there just like that and for the description you’re going to be able to put something super simple as you can see I just added this one sentence pause the screen read it if you just want to get an idea of what it says but it’s really really simple and once you’ve done that you’re just going to click on create a website and it shouldn’t take hostinger more than I don’t know maybe 30 seconds for them to complete the job they’re going to code everything they’re going to make sure that everything is optimized they’re going to make sure that all of the pages have been built as well and as you just saw right before your very eyes it was able to completely build the website not only for desktop but for mobile phone as well so everything that you can see on the screen was done simply by me adding that one sentence now I do have to say that you are going to have to go through the website and make sure that you’re happy with it and most importantly to make sure that your client is happy with it as well well and making changes isn’t difficult as well because when you click on edit site you’re going to be able to customize anything you want to customize if you want to delete any text I’m just going to delete this you’re going to be able to do it you can bring it back you can move it around you can of course change the actual text as well if you want to change any of these images you’re going to be able to do that if you want to remove any of these Pages if you want to add any page you’re also going to be able to do that.
