Turn YouTube Videos into $389/Day with This Easy AI Tool

$389 Daily Income with AI Tool

Link step two: Paste that link into this AI tool. Step three: Get paid $389 every single day! How is this possible? I’ve discovered a little-known AI tool. It’s going to help you make thousands of dollars every week with just a few minutes of work.

YouTube Video Translation Service

I know it sounds kind of crazy, but with this new tool, you’re going to be able to translate YouTube videos into many different languages, and this is a service that you can provide the YouTubers for hundreds of dollars. The best part is, you don’t need any special skills, and you don’t need to learn a new language. All you need to do is simply follow the step-by-step instructions that I’m about to show you in this article.

Superior AI Translation Tool

Now, what makes this tool so great? Unlike most translation apps, it’s almost impossible to detect that it’s AI, and it’s almost impossible to tell that the speaker doesn’t know the translated language. Even YouTube’s own tool that lets you translate their videos is pretty bad, and YouTubers, if they really want it done right, have to actually hire someone to do the service.

German Translation Test Results

When I first tested this out, I took a article of my wife talking, and then I translated it into German, and it was impossible to tell that she wasn’t a fluent German speaker in the video. For example, you see how clean the dubbing looks in this video right here? It’s incredible how fluent it looks!

HEN.com Website Guide

So let’s dive into this tool. I’m going to show you how to use it, and I’m going to specifically show you how you can make money with it step by step. So the first thing that you need to do is go to this website that I’m showing right here. It’s called HEN.com, and you just need to log in first and create an account if you don’t have one yet.

Video Translation Steps

Once you create your account, it’s going to take you to this page, and you are going to click right there on the left “Create Video,” and then you are going to click on this button here that says “Video Translation.” Now right here, you’re going to upload the video that you want to translate, or if you already have a YouTube creator that you want to translate their videos, you can actually copy and paste a video link straight out of YouTube.

Translation Process Demo

So I’m going to use one of my own videos here from my YouTube channel, and I’m going to show you how to do it with mine. So you just copy and paste this URL right up here at the top, and then we’re going to go over to HEN, and we are going to paste that URL into the tool, and then we’re going to click “Create New Translation.” For this sample, I’m going to translate my English video into Spanish, going to select English here, and then for this one, I’m going to choose to translate this into Spanish for my target language.

Spanish Translation Example

That’s it! You can leave everything else the same and just click submit, and once the process is complete, then you’re going to have a translated video ready to use. So let me just play for you the original so you can hear it. Here’s how it sounds in English: “I will admit drop shipping sounds like a good idea.” Okay, now let’s switch over to the Spanish version. Isn’t that incredible? I don’t speak Spanish at all!

Current Translation Market

Now you’re probably wondering, “That’s so great, it looks really awesome, but how am I actually going to make money with this?” See, you might not realize it, but creators like Mr. Beast and other channels with a lot of views have to actually hire voiceover artists to manually sit there and record into a microphone just like this in a foreign language, and then they have to match up all the audio so that it matches the person’s lips.

YouTube Dubbing Problems

And even then, it doesn’t really look right because the lips in the video are moving, but the sound coming out in a different language doesn’t match, and that’s even having to pay people, and it’s very, very expensive to do. Now like I said before, YouTube does have its own dubbing feature, but it’s a terrible quality, and at the point of recording this video, most creators don’t even have access to it. In fact, I don’t even have access to it in my own channel.

HayEN Business Opportunity

And this is why this HayEN tool is such a great opportunity because not a lot of people know about it yet, and YouTubers are still having to pay very expensive fees to get people to translate their videos, or they’re just deciding, “You know what? It’s too expensive and I’m not going to do it at all.” And this is where you come in – you saw how quickly it was to translate a video. You can literally take one of their videos

YouTube Video Translation Process

Straight off their YouTube channel, go into HeyEN, make a dubbed version of it, and then send them a quick 15-second sample to show them the quality that you’re able to provide. If they’re regularly producing videos like every week or couple times a month, you can actually get them on a monthly retainer where they will pay you every month to translate every single video that you put out into whatever language they choose.

Voice Acting Cost Analysis

If you just do a quick Google search for “How much does overdubbing cost?” you can see right here a voice actor might charge $25 to $55 for just 100 words. Now, a video like this one that you’re watching right here is between 1,500 and 2,000 words, and it’s only maybe a 12-15 minute video.

Video Translation Pricing

Let’s say just for simple math you were targeting a YouTuber where their video had 1,000 words in it. According to the pricing right here, there’ll be $55 per 100 words × 10 = over $500 just for going, pasting that YouTube link into HeyEN, and getting it translated automatically by the AI.

Market Opportunity

Now eventually, probably in a few years’ time, all YouTubers are going to know about this service, but right now is a massive opportunity because hardly anyone knows about these AI tools, and you can capitalize on it with your specialized AI knowledge that you’re learning in this video right here.

Business Model Challenges

Now one of the biggest problems with a business model like this is actually how to actually pick the right YouTubers that are willing to pay for it and how to get in contact with them, and I’m going to tell you exactly what to say in just a second. But the second issue with a business model like this is if you want to keep making money with it, you have to keep hustling, keep finding YouTubers that are willing to pay you.

Continuous Business Requirements

You’re going to have to keep billing them and dealing with importing their videos into the HaEN tool, so it’s not an autopilot business model, and if you stop hustling and you stop getting more YouTubers to pay you for this, the money is going to dry up.

Alternative Business Model

And that’s why I’ve actually created a free class that you can get in the link in the description of this video that teaches you how to set up a more autopilot business where you don’t have to constantly be hustling and constantly finding new clients to do client work, but instead it’s a system that you set up at the beginning.

Residual Income System

Once you have it set up, it generates residual income for you day in and day out. It’s similar to this in that you’re working with business owners on Google Maps, but the differ thing between this business model in the free class and the one in this video is that you don’t have to do hardly any ongoing work once you set up the system.

Free Class Access

So just click there in the link in the description, enter your email, and I will email you that free class. Now let’s get into actually how to contact these YouTubers and get them to pay you client fees for translating their videos.

Channel Crawler Tool

There’s an awesome tool that makes this process super easy. It’s called “Channel Crawler,” and this tool is going to make it easy to find YouTube channels that are still fairly new and can benefit from this translation service that you’re going to offer.

Target Market Selection

So you go to Channel Crawler right here, and then you click on this red button right here “Start a Free Search,” and then you can choose the countries where you want to target offering them this. You just start with the United States, Canada, and the UK and Australia, so those are like all the big English-speaking countries that might need these services of translation.

Subscriber Range Selection

And then I would pick a lowish subscriber count, let’s just start with 1 to 2,000 range. That way you know they have a decent enough following and they’re taking it pretty seriously, they’re not like brand brand new, but they do have plans to grow their channel and get it really big. And then right here we’re going to click “See Results.”

Contact Information Gathering

Now you can see right here Channel Crawler is going to pull many, many emails of YouTubers that are potential clients for you to offer this dubbing service to. You do have to pay to get this data from Channel Crawler, but one way around it is if you just do a simple search for the channel like this and you go into YouTube and you click here in the “About” section, and a lot of times their email will be listed right here.

Email Strategy

So you can bypass that requirement, it’s a little more extra manual work, but if you want to do it the free way, that’s the way you can do it. And then what you want to do is send them an email that goes something like this: “Hi [YouTuber’s name], I help YouTubers make thousands of extra dollars in every single month by translating their videos into multiple languages.

Free Sample Demonstration

I think your channel will be able to do the same, and I’ve actually attached a free sample at the bottom of this email to prove that you’ll be able to increase your YouTube income while still keeping the original feel of your voice and message.”

Service Pricing Structure

“You can reach out to do this service to YouTubers for $300 to $500 or even more per video. Like I said before, the end goal would be to put them on a monthly retainer, so every new article that they come out with, you’re going to do the translation for them.
