The first thing you need to do is sign up for the affiliate program on this platform that you’re seeing on my screen and the link for all of the resources you need are going to be in the text. So to follow along step by step with me open the text guide and open this website right here. Travel Payouts is an affiliate platform like they say here for travel creators to scale their earnings with tools from 100 plus brands all in one place. So basically you can promote offers that have to do with travel and make money doing so as an affiliate. Commissions and Account Setup
Now the commissions that you’re going to be earning on this platform here can range between 1% to 8%. It really depends on what product you’re going to be promoting. So let’s just go ahead click here get started and create a brand new account me and you. Now they’re going to ask you for your email and a password. Just type in your email password here and click create a free account. Once you type in your email and a password they’re going to ask you to select the first six brands. You’re only going to select Trip.com and you’re going to click here on connect. This is the platform we’re going to be using to make money today so click here connect.
Account Details and Settings
Now here they’re going to ask you if you own a website. You’re going to click here “my main channel is not a website” and you’re going to select this option. Now you’re going to click here social media channel. You’re going to type in your Instagram handle here and it doesn’t matter if you don’t have a thousands of followers. Only a few hundred followers will do the job here. So I’ve just gone ahead and typed in my Instagram handle here. It’s actually the link and as you can see the platform already recognized that it’s an Instagram account. I’m going to click next. Now they’re going to ask you what your main focus is. You’re going to type in here “content”. This is what we’re going to be using to promote our offers. Click next. They’re going to ask the language you’re going to be promoting offers in. You’re going to select English. This is important. Click next.
Accessing Affiliate Tools
Now they’re going to tell you that the platform Trip.com has been connected to your account. Just access the affiliate tools and bam right out of the box you’re going to see that you’re going to be able to promote Trip.com and you’re going to gain from 1 to 5.5% as a commission every single sale that you make. Now what you’re going to carefully do right here right now is click on tools and I want you to leave this page as it is all right. Don’t do anything right now.
Finding Products to Promote
Step number two you’re going to find a product that you want to promote. If you look here on the homepage of this website you’re going to notice they sell hotels stays they sell flights trains cars attractions and tours and flights plus hotels. The way that I actually found this website myself was when I traveled to to France and I was on the ride to the Eiffel Tower and I actually purchased it from this website here and since the Olympics has just happened a lot of tourist was in France right now. So go here on the top left corner if you want to promote the same attraction that I was promoting. You’re going to type in France and it’s going to show you all of the attractions that they have in France.
Selecting an Attraction
So I want you to click here in Paris because Paris is where most of the tourists are going to. Now here on the Paris website they’re going to show you attractions stays flights rankings. Just scroll down here until you find actual attractions that people can do do in Paris and the one that I’ve been promoting myself is called the Eiffel Tower. Just click here if you want to promote the same one that I’m promoting. Now once you click on the Eiffel Tower you’re going to see that gravity score which is how many people take up on this offer which is 10 out of 10 and if you scroll down you’re going to see the prices that people actually have to pay to be able to go on this ride.
Generating Affiliate Links
So what do you do here? All you need to do is copy the link at the top of the page go back to TravelPayouts link to the attraction that you just got the link from. Once you do that it’s going to automatically generate your affiliate link for you. So this link here whenever someone signs up to that attraction using this link you’re going to earn a 1 to 5.5% commission. Creating a Blog Post with Durable
Now don’t worry because with this website you don’t need any design experience you don’t need to know how to create websites nothing. Now go back to ChatGPT and then when you want to copy the article idea here on ChatGPT five best ways to skip the lines at the Eiffel Tower. So if you click here on your blog you’re going to see that now you can see the entire blog post that we just created you can scroll down. Now before we go to Pinterest I want you to open the text guide and click on the Canva website and I want you to search for Pinterest pin and we’re going to be creating a quick pin that has a call to action on it and if you type in travel Pinterest pin we’re going to find a few pins that are exactly like the Pinterest pins that they’re using right here so I’m just going to select this six charming places and I’m going to customize this template.
Creating a Pinterest Pin with Canva
Now what I’m going to do here is change the six to 10 because I think uh we have 10 destinations yep we have 10 unforgettable Paris experiences with exclusive deals. Now I’m going to go back and I’m changing the six to 10 and I also changed the text to 10 unforgettable Paris experiences. Now I’m just going to delete this text right here and I’m going to change the two background images and a place where you can get background images is right at the experience page so go here and you can click on this image give it some time to load look for an image that looks really really nice that you can put on your ad all right so just click here full view now it’s going to open on your desktop just click here save image now save it.

Now let’s go ahead and find another one because we need two. Okay I think this one here is pretty nice so I’m just going to choose this one here click save image I’m going to give it a name number two. Now let’s go back to Canva and I’m going to upload these images so what I’m going to do here is delete this one and delete the one on the bottom I’m going to delete this website right here and I’m going to upload here where it says uploads I’m going to upload a file select the number one and I’m going to upload number two as well so number two. Now all two images are being uploaded I’m going to select number one paste it right here at the top make it fit like this boom just drag and drop.
Finalizing Your Pinterest Pin Design
Now I’m going to do the same thing to the second image like this I’m just going to drag and drop it right here and boom this is exactly what it should look like it is completely done this is a Pinterest pin you can just download it by clicking here on share and if you want to click here on download and select the PNG because PNG is actually the highest quality that we can download from Canva so just download it in PNG file. Now you’re going to go to Pinterest and you want to create a free Pinterest account if you don’t already have one and once you’re in click here on the top left corner where it says create.
