Make $10,000 Monthly in Just 20 Minutes
I’m going to show you a technique that takes only 20 minutes per day, and you can expand it up to between $750 per month even up to $10,000 per month and even more. Here’s a few deposits from this technique that I received after I was spending over 8 hours per day on this and really blowing it up huge, but you don’t need to spend 8 hours per day on this to even make a full-time income with it.
Simple Steps for Autopilot Income
These simple steps can be completed by almost anyone as long as you have a computer and an internet connection and 20 minutes per day to spare. And the thing is, after you spend that initial 20 minutes per day doing the setup, then it actually runs on autopilot and it continues to pay you whether you are working or not.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but watch this whole video and let me explain and you’re going to see how it works. It’s going to be immediately clear how this thing runs on autopilot, and I’m going to show you the whole thing right now start to finish.
Day 1: Pick Your Local Service Niche
Now I’m going to give you these steps, and these steps are going to be completed in 20 minute increments. For the first day you’re going to spend 20 “DAY 1” minutes, and in that 20 minutes you’re going to pick a niche. In order for this to work, you have to pick a niche that is like a local Services Niche, so think about like Roofing or like electrician or something like that – a local Services Niche.

Software Setup Instructions
That shows you exactly how to use it to pick a niche, that’s going to be the 20 minutes that you’re going to spend on the first day. I encourage you to do that today, and we’re going to email you, it’s going to send you to a page that looks kind of like this, and it’s going to have right here a video on how to pick the niche and how to set up the software, and then it’s going to have a link right here for how you can access that software. So that’s the first step, and you’re going to complete that in the first 20 minutes.
Day 2: Phone Setup
Now the next day you’re going to spend 20 minutes setting “DAY 2” up a phone number, and it’s going to be 100% free. All you have to do is go to Google Voice which you can go to voice.google.com to get it, on this button right here for personal use and set up the phone number. It’s really simple to do, and you’re also going to in this 20 minutes on the second day, you’re going to pick a business name.
Business Name Selection
So whatever the niche that you picked it needs to be related to that business. Let’s say you picked Roofing, then you would create a business name called something like “Bob’s Roofing” or “We Do It Right Roofing” – whatever it is you’re going to invent a new business name for whatever the niche is that you picked in step one. That’s going to be your second 20 minutes.
Day 3: Website Creation
Now on the third day you’re going to spend 20 minutes “DAY 3” setting up a free website, and the way that you do that is you go to Google and you’re going to do a search for “free template mod monster. free design templates template monster” and that’s how you’re going to get the free website.

All you have to do is click on the search box, it’s going to be on the page of my channel right here, and I want you to do a search for the word “lazy.” That’s going to bring up this top video that you see right here that I’m showing “this thousand a week laziest way to make money online for beginners.” If you click on that video and watch it, it’ll show you the whole thing about how to get the free website set up through template monster.
Day 4: Google Maps Registration
Now step four on the fourth day you’re going to spend 20 minutes “DAY 4” registering on Google Maps.
Google Maps Business Setup
The way that you do that is you go to Google Maps, and up here in the upper left, you’re going to click on those three lines, and then you’re going to click here “Add a Missing Place.” And what you’re going to do here is right here in place name, you’re going to type in the business name that you invented so “Bob’s Roofing” or “We Do It Right Roofing” or whatever it is. Don’t worry about if you know how to do this service or not, we’re going to get to that in a second. You don’t have to have any experience in a service business in order to set up this business on Google Maps.
Form Completion Details
But you’re going to fill out this form completely. It’s going to actually ask you for a phone number, and that phone number you’re going to put the free phone number that you set up in the last step. It’s also going to ask you for your website, and you’re going to put your website in there, the website that you set up in step three, and that’s going to take you about 20 minutes to get that whole thing set up on Google Maps.
Business Verification Process
Now on DAY 5, you’re going to spend 20 minutes verifying this thing on Google Maps, and the way you do that is you actually just click on this link “Claim This Business” to actually verify it. And when you verify it, Google’s going to take you through some steps to verify it, and that’s going to make that go live on Google Maps. And so what’s going to happen is, let’s say for example I set one up called “Do It Right Roofing,” after I do the verification step, “Do It Right Roofing” is going to become another pin on the map right here so that if people call for roofing services, they’re actually going to call my free phone number.
Software Navigation
Don’t worry if you don’t know about Roofing or Plumbing or whatever you picked, you don’t have to know that to make money at this. It’s all going to make sense in just a second. In Step 6, you’re going to go back to that free software that you downloaded in step one. You remember way back in step one you went to my website and you downloaded some free software.
Software Search Instructions
You’re going to go back to that software, do a search for your niche. What you want to do is you want to look at column 5 and column 12 in the software, and I’m not going to tell you what those columns are right now. I don’t want you to get distracted because you have actually have to do the first five steps first, but it’s all going to make sense.
Column Analysis
So you’re going to do a search for your niche, let’s say you picked Roofing, you’re going to search in the software for roofing and just follow the instructions in the video if you forgot how to do it. And you’re going to do a search for roofing or whatever the niche is that you picked, and then you’re going to look at column 5 and 12. Basically what you want to do is you want to make sure the business that you registered on Google Maps can beat everybody else in column 5 and 12, and it’s all going to make sense once you do. I just want you to keep that number in your head – column five and column twelve, that’s step 6.
Rest Period
Step 7, we actually aren’t going to do any work, we’re going to take a Sabbath day. DAY 7, we’re just going to take a break and rest from it. Now on DAY 8, what you’re going to do is you’re going to spend 20 minutes repeating step 6, and what I want you to do is you’re going to take step 6 and you’re going to repeat that over and over and over, 20 minutes per day until that free phone number that you set up starts to ring.
Call Management
And once that free phone number starts to ring, now it’s ready for you to make some money. So once that phone number starts to ring, what you’re going to do is you’re going to spend 20 minutes finding a business to send those calls to, ‘cuz remember you set this whole thing up but you’re not a roofer, you’re not a plumber, you don’t know necessarily how to do that.
Sales Strategy
And so what you’re going to do is you are going to spend 20 minutes contacting roofers or plumbers or whatever they are and saying, “Hey, I’ve got some phone calls coming in for people that want your services.” Say it’s Roofing, “I’ve got some phone calls coming in who need new roofs, would you be willing to receive these phone calls and complete the service for them?” They’re going to love it. They pay for phone calls like this all the time, so you can offer to sell these phone calls to them, and you can sell them to them for between $20 and $30 per call. It really depends on the niche that you’re in, but it’s not uncommon to sell these phone calls to a small business for even up to $30, and they’re actually used to paying a lot more than that, so you’re giving them a great deal at $30.
$750 Monthly From Google Maps Calls
Let’s say you sold these calls for $25 each to a small business, you remember. You got these calls coming in, even if you only had one call coming in every day from Google Maps, and you sold it for $25 each for 30 days. That would be 30 calls at $25 each. That would be $750 each month just coming in, calls coming in every day off of Google Maps.
Residual Income From 20 Minutes Work
And now, this is the point where you start to enjoy residual income because you’ve done the whole setup, and the phone calls are coming in off of Google Maps whether or not you continue to work for 20 minutes per day or not. Now, some people at this point choose to continue to work 20 minutes per day and to set up more and more and more of these things, but you could actually just sit back and just enjoy the $750 a month and not do any more work at it at all.

Or can do like what I did, I started to work at it really hard, and I built it up to a very, very large income, and you can do it that way too.
