Earn $9,589/Month Easily with This Simple Tool

$958 Monthly Side Hustle

Imagine making $958 a month with a simple app on your phone while you’re out running errands! I know it sounds too good to be true, right? Well, here’s some people I know doing this exact thing, and today I’m going to show you exactly step-by-step how you can do it. But I’m not just going to tell you about it – I’m actually going to go on location to show you how to complete this entire thing with your phone and get paid.

Required Apps & Countries

Now, one thing to note: this works in most of the countries of the world except North Korea, Vietnam, China, and Syria. Now before we go on location “Setting Up and Taking Photos,” you’re going to need to install an app on your phone. So all you need to do is search in your App Store for an app called “Simple 360.” If you’re on an iPhone, there’s actually a different app that you’re going to use on an Android called “360 Photosphere Camera,” but either way, make sure you’re only using one of these two apps. They work pretty much exactly the same. We tested tons of different apps, and these were the only two apps that worked.

iPhone Installation Steps

Now I’m going to complete this process on an iPhone, but if you get confused on an Android, just drop me a comment in the comment section and I’ll actually drop you a video in the comments to show you how to do it on an Android as well. Now once you found that Simple 360 app, you’re just going to click that install button right there, and once it’s done installing, you’re just going to click open, and you can see there’s the app right there.

App Permissions Setup

Now you are going to need to allow it full access to your photos in order for this to work, so you just click “Allow Full Access” right there. Now the one last thing you have to do on the app is complete this horizontal aligner process, and all you have to do is click that green button right there to calibrate the camera with the app. Once you’ve got the app all installed, let’s head out on location to complete the rest of the process to make you the money!

Store Selection Process

All right, now once you’ve got the app installed on your phone, you want to go to a store similar to like the store that I’m at right here. It could be a grocery store, it could be a restaurant, a coffee house – anything that depends on the visual appeal to attract customers, and you’ll understand why when you see what I’m about to do in here. So let’s go in and I’ll show you.

Taking 360 Photos

So then you want to find a spot in the middle of the store where you can see most of the store, and you’re going to open up the app. And then I’m going to take it in my app right now and show you what it’s going to do. So you can see right here I’m taking photos here, and it is going to take me all the way around in a circle of this entire aisle where I’m at, and the app is going to lead you through the process to take all these photos where those dots are, and then in the end it’s going to stitch it all together and make like a 3D virtual tour of the space that you’re in.

Google Maps Upload

“Uploading and Views:” Okay, now the next step that you want to do is on your phone, you want to go to the spot where you took all these photos on Google Maps and you want to zoom all the way in until you locate the spot and click on it so that you actually click on their Google Maps listing. Then once you’re on there, you’re going to scroll down and you’re going to click on photos, and you’re going to actually upload the photo that you just made inside the store up to their Google Maps listing.

Virtual Tour Views

And what’s going to happen is at first it’s just going to look like a weird panoramic photo, but after Google approves it, it’s actually going to be turned into a virtual tour of the inside of that store. Now these virtual tours get tons of views – if you look at this one right here, you can see how many thousands of views it got that we uploaded to just a random gas station. So these are going to get a ton of views after you upload them without you having to do anything at all, and then I’m going to take you to the next step which is where you actually make the money.

Business Photography Tips

Now you might be nervous taking photos “Monetizing Your Work” inside a business, but if you pay attention, you’ll notice people are taking photos inside restaurants, inside grocery stores – they’re using their phones all the time and they’re uploading these photos to Google Maps. In fact, a lot of business owners actually encourage people to do this because it gets them more business, so in all likelihood no one’s even going to notice you out there taking photos with your phone.

View Tracking Strategy

Now stay with me – you’re probably still wondering how I’m going to make money with this. I’m going to show you in just a second. So what you want to do is you want to wait for a couple days until it gets between 500 and 800 views, something like that, and then you want to send a very specific email to the business owner.

The Virtual Tour Sales Strategy

The email’s core message involves creating a complimentary virtual tour on Google Maps, highlighting the view count, and offering to license it for $600, with an option to remove if declined.

Securing the Google Maps Link

Locate the business, access Street View and 360, find your virtual tour, copy the link from the top, and include it in your email to the business owner.

Accessing the Email Template

Find the link in the video description, provide contact details for a free class with additional Google Maps monetization methods, then request the virtual tour email template.

Protecting Your Virtual Tour

Google Maps’ built-in protection makes it nearly impossible for non-creators to download the tour, while creators maintain easy removal access through their dashboard. At $600, it’s more cost-effective than hiring a professional photographer.

Business Growth Potential

One success story involves a creator who started with a single tour and secured a contract for 50 local park tours. Doing 2-3 tours weekly at $600 each could generate significant monthly income.

Market Advantage

Small business owners typically lack Google Maps expertise and awareness of phone-based tour creation possibilities. Finding the right apps required extensive testing to identify the two effective options.

Professional Positioning

You have the hidden knowledge that’s going to allow you to actually make the money on this, and most business owners think that a virtual tour like this requires a bunch of specialized equipment to actually do it. The nice thing is, if you use my email template that you can get in the link in the description of this video, you’ll notice that I use the word “license” – “Do you want to license this virtual tour from me?” That really positions you as a professional even though you might not have any experience with this kind of thing.

Legal Documentation

Now, the other thing that I’m going to include is an actual license that you can have the business owner sign. So again, if you click on the link in the description of this video and enter your email address, I’m going to send you that free class on making money with Google Maps. Hit reply to that and say, “Can I get the email template?” Along with that email template that I’m going to send you, it also includes a license that you can print out and copy and have the business owner sign.

License Agreement

I’m not an attorney, so it’s not official legal advice, but this is a license agreement that we’ve created for this exact purpose. So if you want a copy of that legal agreement, again just enter your name and email in the link in the description of this video to get it.

Target Market Selection

A couple of other tips: First of all, I would avoid doing this with any big chains like McDonald’s or any kind of huge multicorp chains with thousands of locations because it’s going to be very difficult to actually contact the person that would pay you for this. You want to focus on smaller establishments where it’s very easy to contact the owner, and it might not even be difficult to just walk in and speak to them in person.

Equipment Upgrade Options

Second of all, once you really build this up, many people choose to invest in an actual 360 camera that specializes in making these types of virtual tour images. Again, you don’t really need that to get started – you can just do it with your phone, but if you decide to really make this your full-time gig, you might want to upgrade your equipment. It’ll make the job a lot easier, and the quality of the photos will be a lot higher.

Additional Opportunities

Lastly, this is only one of the many ways that I teach people of how to make money with Google Maps. And like I said before, I’ll email you that free class and I’ll email you even more ways like the one you’re watching right now to allow you to make money off Google Maps.

Autopilot Income Potential

Hardly anyone understands how to make money with Google Maps, and in the free class that I’ll send you, it actually teaches you an autopilot business model on Google Maps that once you set it up generates income for you whether you are working or not. And in that free class, I specifically talk about a business that my daughter set up when she was only 12 or 13 years old.

Long-Term Success

Now she’s a young adult, it’s been paying her for years – all income coming off of Google Maps. And that specific autopilot business model that I teach in my free class doesn’t require taking photos or Photo Spheres or any kind of complicated equipment or anything. You can do it all just with a computer with zero experience
