As our company expands rapidly, we’re on the lookout for a talented Google My Business (GMB) Specialist to join our dynamic team. We specialize in empowering businesses to establish a robust online presence through a range of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

As a GMB Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in:

  • Managing multiple Google My Business accounts for our clients.
  • Maintaining and optimizing Google My Business listings for multiple locations, including the verification process and ensuring listings are consistently up-to-date.
  • Researching and implementing new Google My Business features such as messaging, posts, videos, etc.
  • Coordinating content for GMB business descriptions and regular posts.
  • Identifying potential new locations and markets for clients to expand their local presence.
  • Developing citations profiles and maintaining NAP/NAPW profile consistency.
  • Communicating with Google to resolve technical issues like duplicate profiles, gaining GMB profile access, and solving related problems.
  • Providing audit reports for existing GMB profiles for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2 years of experience specifically in maintaining and optimizing business profiles for local SEO/GMB.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong results-driven focus.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A graduate degree.
