Position: Finance Associate
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Location: 37/38 D-1 Gulberg 3, Askari Corporate Tower, adjacent to Liberty Roundabout, LHR
Hours: 40hrs, 5 days across a 7-day period
Salary Range: From Rs 80,000 per month
Holiday: 17 days leave + Public Holidays
Benefits: Provident fund, medical cover, subsidized transport service, role-related studies, evening meal
Probation Period: 3 months

The Role
As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and administration of the organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare, maintain, and seek approval for payroll journals.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Support in the Bank Reconciliation process.
- Assist in revenue reconciliation and billing process.
- Raise relevant Intercompany invoices.
- Support in reconciliation of third-party payments.
- Raise relevant Sales and Purchase invoices.
- Prepare VAT return reconciliations on a quarterly basis.
Experience/Competencies
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in finance
- Work experience in a finance department
- Ability to produce accounts from ledgers to financial accounting standards
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- High resilience and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Significant analytical skillset
- Strong quantitative abilities
- High level of commercial acumen
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for pivot tables and VLOOKUP
